The college direct by Razzak Rabeya foundation which is a non-profitable, non- government and non-political organization.

IEC was founded in 2006 and received approval Of the National University on 26 November 2007 two courses 4 Years BBA & 1 Year B. Ed. Program. BBA is 4 Years Hon’s consisting of total 120 credits & 40 subjects Carrying 4000 marks. The college authority conducts 30% (1200 numbers) of the total marks and National University conducts 70% (2800 numbers) the marks in the final examination.
